You will coordinate with vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive facilities management experience in commercial real estate environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with CMMS and facility management software.
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement expertise.
• Knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive facility management strategies that align with client objectives and organizational goals.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management for service providers and contractors.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage capital projects from planning through completion, including space renovations and infrastructure improvements.
• Analyze facility data and metrics to identify optimization opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and business continuity planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workplace strategy and space utilization projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on facility performance, budget utilization, and operational metrics.
