Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Facility or Property Administration.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets with capability of customizing administrative reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning for team goals and objectives while providing facility-specific support to the project management team.
• Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned and coordinate special events in support of the client or JLL.
• Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed while assisting with coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of the office and facility; act as an interface with clients, visitors, and guests.
