Job summary

Rapport, a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group, is seeking a Workplace Services Ambassador in Houston to ensure a welcoming, well-supported office environment and hands-on service delivery. You will perform floor walks, assist with pantry, catering, conference room readiness, and vendor coordination, reporting to the Workplace Services Lead in a clearly defined support model.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly punctual, responsible, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Support consistent service standards across the office.
• Conducts regular floor walks to identify problems in shared spaces, meeting rooms, pantries and general office areas.
• Monitor and report issues affecting employee and guest experience.
• Checks pantry cleanliness, stock levels and presentation standards; raises issues to the appropriate vendor or GCSD partner.
• Assists with catering coordination, setup of readiness, and follow-up on service issues.
• Assist with vendor coordination and day-to-day workplace service requests.
• Support pantry, meeting room, catering, and hospitality readiness.
• Checks conference rooms and meeting spaces for cleanliness, functionality, setup readiness and hospitality presentation.
