Qualifications

• 2+ years' demonstrable experience managing a fast-paced leisure, hospitality, visitor attraction or entertainment venue.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate an operational team on the floor.
• Strong guest service standards and safety/risk management focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day venue operations and ensure cohesive teamwork.
• Train, coach and develop venue staff and managers.
• Be the on-site visible leader, solving problems and setting a hands-on example.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and manage budgets and venue performance.
• Represent Exhibition Hub and balance guest experience with operational needs.
