Responsibilities

• Oversee daily exhibit and retail operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and a high-quality guest experience.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor allocation; drive revenue growth through sales initiatives.
• Monitor and control operational expenses and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with production and leadership to address interactive or scenic needs.
• Lead onboarding and training, report key operational metrics to senior leadership.
