Job summary

Imagine in Bloomington, IN seeks a Supervisor to support the General Manager by overseeing day-to-day floor operations across exhibit and retail areas, ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience. You'll supervise frontline staff, assist with scheduling and training, handle guest inquiries, and help deliver exceptional service with effective leadership and teamwork.

This onsite role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers opportunities to drive engagement

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-line teams in retail, attractions, or hospitality.
• Experience with guest service and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to train and coach staff and monitor performance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth exhibit and retail activity.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed.
• Address guest questions, concerns, or escalations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
• Manage cash handling and reporting during opening/closing.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stocking as needed.
• Provide coaching to improve team performance and engagement.
• Communicate updates and expectations from management to the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Support promotions, events, and operational initiatives.
