Job summary

Imagine Exhibitions Inc. in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Supervisor of Exhibit and Retail Operations to support the General Manager by overseeing day-to-day floor activities and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

This role supervises frontline staff, assists with scheduling and training, ensures policy compliance, handles guest questions, and leads by example in service and suggestive selling. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in retail, attractions or hospitality preferred.
• Prior guest service or customer-facing experience required.
• Experience handling cash, POS systems, and shift operations is a plus.
• Seasoned safety ambassador and team-based work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations for exhibit and retail activity.
• Support the General Manager with scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety guidelines are followed.
• Handle guest questions, concerns, or escalations with a professional approach.
• Lead by example in customer service and suggestive selling.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stocking as needed.
• Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance.
• Communicate updates and goals from management to the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Contribute to promotions, events, and other operational initiatives.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with other supervisors.
