You’ll build client relationships, process orders and quotes, support pre-show and on-site needs, resolve billing issues, and coordinate with teams to deliver an exceptional event experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 years show management/exhibitor service preferred.
• Knowledge of data networking products/services desired.
• Excellent oral and written communications, strong telephone customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships, consult on Internet needs for events.
• Process orders and quotes; reach out for missing information.
• Prepare detailed quotes and track revisions.
• Maintain up-to-date orders in the company database.
• Resolve billing issues and suggest additional services.
• Provide on-site support and coordinate across teams.
