• Acquire and maintain awareness of current inventory of rentals.
• Ensure clients receive outstanding customer service pre-event and post-event.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on seminar programs and presentations.
• Service as a focal point for planning and executing information booths.
• Provide support to develop and design event materials.
• Plan and oversee all logistical aspects of special events.
