Job summary

Boldyn Networks US Operations LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Convention Center Support Technician to ensure on-site connectivity for major conferences. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain AV systems and network equipment to keep clients connected throughout events.

Based in our Las Vegas office, you will interact with event organizers and attendees, handle safety-compliant setups, and manage inventory while delivering exceptional customer service and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a convention center or event venue.
• Proficient with modern audio-visual equipment, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
• Basic Cisco connectivity experience, CCNA preferred
• Excellent customer service experience and top-notch verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems.
• Interact with event organizers and attendees to address technical issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure all setups comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Keep track of equipment inventory and report any damages or losses.
