Boldyn Networks in Las Vegas seeks a Convention Center Support Technician to keep enterprise clients connected during conferences. Based in our Las Vegas office, you’ll manage on-site day-of connectivity for one of our largest clients and their spaces.

You’ll provide hands-on technical support, installation and breakdown, maintenance, and inventory management, interacting with event organizers and attendees to ensure a smooth, safe, and positive experience.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a convention center or event venue.
• Proficient with modern audio-visual equipment, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.
• Basic Cisco connectivity experience; CCNA is preferred.
• Excellent customer service experience and top-notch verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems.
• Interact with event organizers and attendees to address technical issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure all setups comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Keep track of equipment inventory and report any damages or losses.
