Boldyn Networks in Las Vegas seeks an on-site Operations Support Specialist to manage day-of convention connectivity for our largest client and their spaces. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and break down technical systems to ensure a seamless attendee experience.

You bring hands-on AV expertise, outstanding customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with Cisco connectivity (CCNA preferred). This role offers an hourly pay range, bonus, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a convention center or event venue.
• Proficient with modern audio-visual equipment and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities and verbal/written communication.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems.
• Interact with event organizers and attendees to address technical issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure all setups comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Keep track of equipment inventory and report damages or losses.
