Job summary

Pinnacle Live, at Virgin Hotels Nashville, is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, setup, strike, and operation of technology solutions in a hospitality setting. You will deliver unmatched customer service to guests and clients throughout events.

The role emphasizes technical proficiency, proactive communication, and teamwork to ensure flawless events and memorable experiences for attendees and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to audio-visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency in hardware, software, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Set up, strike, and operate event technology per SOPs.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear instructions on equipment operation.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure event success.
• Follow through on client requests and look for opportunities to enhance events.
• Maintain accurate client event information in company systems.
• Review daily invoices with clients and obtain signatures.
