Pinnacle Live is hiring an Event Services Technician to support floor operations at Virgin Hotels Nashville, delivering exceptional guest experiences and seamless AV execution. The role covers setup, strike, and live operation of technology in a hospitality setting, with a focus on safety, inventory control, and client communication.

The ideal candidate has AV or hospitality exposure, strong technical and organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and planning ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for interacting with guests and clients.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations including setup, strike, and operation of technology solutions.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear instructions on equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate client event information in the company systems and verify invoices.
• Ensure inventory is secure, in good working order, and reported for any loss or damage.
• Support safety measures and comply with company policies and procedures.
