Job summary

Pinnacle Live is hiring an Event Services Technician to support floor operations in hotel/hospitality environments. You will assist with setup, operation, and strike of AV and event tech, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have prior exposure to AV or hospitality, strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. This role emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a dynamic events setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist floor operations: setup, operation, and strike of technology solutions.
• Greet guests/clients and provide instructions for equipment use.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure event success.
• Ensure inventory is secured and properly logged; report losses/damages.
• Keep equipment in good working order and address issues promptly.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety protocols; undertake other duties as assigned.
