Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audiovisual experience or equivalent is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may drive.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceed client expectations through proactive communication and on-site consultation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Complete system entries and paperwork accurately; coordinate with vendors as needed.
