Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.
• External applicants must meet all training and certification requirements within 60 days.
• Internal applicants must meet Encore’s learning and certification standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed guest expectations and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues with a professional approach.
• Complete orders and paperwork accurately, including Navigator entries.
