Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• External applicants must meet/validate and complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet/complete all training and certification requirements per Encore’s Learning Training Program.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down basic audiovisual equipment.
• Exceeds guest expectations and maintains positive client relationships.
• Troubleshoots basic equipment/software issues and adapts to changes.
• Completes system entries and paperwork accurately per company procedures.
• Interacts with clients and vendors to coordinate equipment and invoicing.
