Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technical Lead for on-site, part-time AV support in Teton Village, WY. You will install, operate, and troubleshoot audio-visual systems for hospitality events, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years in AV and customer service, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. This role reports to the Ops - Technical Services team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down AV equipment accurately and promptly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Follow all security and safety procedures and keep equipment secure.
• Collaborate with clients and hotel staff to ensure flawless event delivery.
