Job summary

Acentra Health seeks an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) On-site Clinician - Full-time in Minneapolis, Minnesota to join our growing team. The licensed clinician will provide a full range of EAP services for employees, managers, and the employer organization for a large government agency.

Work schedule is 40 hours/week and may require occasional travel to site visits across the region. Travel and lodging reimbursements are provided by Acentra Health as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure as Counselor/ Therapist/ Clinician in behavioral health (state Minnesota).
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling and psychoeducational services to employees and managers.
• Perform referrals to treatment services and coordinate with external providers.
• Maintain caseload and case records per policies, HIPAA and security rules.
