Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking an experienced EAP Clinician to deliver comprehensive EAP services for employees, managers, and a large government agency. This licensed clinician will integrate with Acentra Health operations and accounts.

Work schedule is 40 hours per week, on-site Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional regional site visits. Transportation and lodging are coordinated and reimbursed by Acentra Health during interviews and travel.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a Counselor/Clinician in behavioral health issued by the Texas Regulation and Licensing Department.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in the EAP/mental health/substance abuse/behavioral health field.
• Ability to pass a federal security clearance for a non-sensitive/high-risk public trust position (fingerprinting and background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling and proactive EAP services to employees, managers, and employer organization.
• Deliver critical incident response services, trainings, psychoeducational presentations, and outreach.
• Make referrals to treatment services and ensure smooth transitions for clients.
• Refer to community resources to support well-being and mental health.
• Comply with Clinical/Professional protocols and Acentra Health policies.
