Acentra Health, LLC invites applications for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) On-site Clinician - Full-time in Seattle, Washington. The licensed clinician will deliver a full range of EAP services for employees, managers, and a large government agency, with a 40-hour workweek and occasional travel to client sites.

The role requires a current independent license in behavioral health, 2+ years of EAP/mental health experience, and ability to obtain federal clearance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in behavioral health issued by WA DOH.
• 2+ years of professional experience in EAP/mental health.
• Ability to pass a federal security clearance; fingerprinting and background check.
• License must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct counseling and crisis response services as a licensed clinician.
• Refer clients to treatment services and community resources.
• Maintain caseload and records following policies and HIPAA/privacy rules.
• Collaborate with account managers and other staff for seamless service delivery.
• Support training and outreach to managers and employees.
