Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking an on-site Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Clinician to join our Indianapolis team. The licensed clinician will deliver a full range of EAP services to employees, managers, and the employer for a large government agency.

You will provide counseling, crisis response, trainings, referrals to treatment, and maintain caseloads in line with HIPAA and company policies, collaborating with account managers and stakeholders to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in the behavioral health field.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• 2+ years in the EAP/mental health field.
• Ability to pass a federal security clearance (non-sensitive/high-risk public trust).
• Preferred: experience facilitating training with managers, leaders and employees.
• Preferred: experience with law enforcement, military, or veteran populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling, crisis/critical incident response, trainings, or psychoeducational presentations within EAP services.
• Refer to treatment services and community resources as appropriate.
• Maintain caseloads and documentation per policies (HIPAA and company).
• Collaborate with account managers and staff to meet client needs and improve services.
• Ensure professional and confidential handling of client information and settings.
