Job summary

Acentra Health, LLC in San Francisco, CA is seeking an on-site Licensed Clinician to join our team as a full-time Employee Assistance Program (EAP) On-site Clinician. The role requires licensure in California and experience delivering direct counseling within EAP services.

You will collaborate with account managers and staff, handle a caseload, respond to critical incidents, provide trainings, and refer clients to treatment when appropriate, while upholding HIPAA and security standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license in behavioral health (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.).
• 2+ years of professional experience in the EAP/mental health field.
• Ability to pass a federal security clearance (public trust).
• Documentation confirming licensure if license is in progress must be submitted prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling as a licensed clinician for EAP services.
• Respond to critical incidents and provide psychoeducational presentations as needed.
• Make referrals to treatment services to support client transitions from EAP to treatment.
