Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, including Windows 11.
• Excellent customer service orientation with professionalism under pressure.
• Good problem-solving, ability to follow steps and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level troubleshooting for desktop hardware, laptops, peripherals, OS, and standard apps.
• Assist with installations, desk moves, and basic configuration per procedures.
• Support routine desktop maintenance, updates, and basic security checks.
