Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting on desktops and laptops. You will interact with clients to address issues, provide timely responses, and support desk-side applications and infrastructure as needed.

Responsibilities include handling service calls within SLAs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and completing all related documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus; ability to communicate with clients clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time call reporting per policies.
• Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Manage assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines.
• Additional requirements may apply if extended.
• Other duties to meet business needs.
