Job summary

First Quality is seeking an End User Technology Technician to support our Macon, GA site. You will provide frontline IT assistance, install hardware/software, image PCs, and ensure end users can work efficiently. The role requires strong problem solving and clear communication with users and teams.

Experience in large corporate IT environments, familiarity with Windows and macOS, printers, and network basics is preferred. Occasional travel and a willingness to work across time zones are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem solving and written/verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years IT experience in a large business environment.
• Experience with Windows 7/10, Tablets, and iOS devices; printers and wireless.
• Mac support a plus; ability to work in 24/7 across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve level-1 hardware/software issues on laptops/desktops.
• Install and upgrade hardware/software and configure peripherals.
• Provide desktop support, imaging/re-imaging PCs and laptops.
• Offer one-on-one end-user assistance by phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot network access and email/internet connectivity.
