Job summary

NPSG Global LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to configure, manage, and support IT assets, including laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, and enterprise systems. The role covers on-site and remote assistance for employees, with first point of contact for deployments and help desk tickets.

Based in Marietta, GA, this on-site position requires strong Windows 11 troubleshooting, Azure AD/O365 administration, and experience imaging and repairing devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred; candidates pursuing their degree will be considered.
• Experience imaging, configuring, upgrading, supporting, and repairing laptops and desktops.
• Experience in IT end-user support, help desk, or related IT support roles.
• Experience with administration and support of Azure AD and O365; strong Windows 11 troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and support IT assets including laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, printers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and phones.
• Communicate with employees via phone, e-mail, and Teams to resolve technical issues professionally.
• Use a centralized ticketing system to track, manage, and resolve issues and service requests; escalate as needed.
• Manage and track IT assets within the asset management system.
• Provide support for telecommunication systems.
• Create and update technical support documentation and SOPs.
