Leidos seeks a Mid-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site in Patuxent River, MD. You will provide direct desk-side support, troubleshoot IT devices, and work as part of the Field Services team.

Qualifications
- US citizen required.
- DoD Secret Clearance required.
- HS diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher certification.
- Experience in IT Enterprise Operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows OS 10.
- Experience with HP Service Manager or Remedy ticketing tools.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage resolution of customer tickets per SLRs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user hardware and software issues.
- Ensure tasks are completed within timelines.
- Troubleshoot local and networked printers and devices.
- Assist other technicians in resolving complex issues.
