Insight Enterprises is seeking an Onsite Desktop Support Technician to support a large aerospace client in Savannah, GA. This role provides white-glove service and hands-on technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of desktop support experience, strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking, and the ability to guide users with clear, step-by-step instructions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of desktop support, help desk, or technical support experience.
• Experience installing and supporting Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Citrix environments.
• Experience in a large enterprise or aerospace environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support for end users in a large enterprise environment.
• Unpack, install, configure, and test desktops, laptops, operating systems, software, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Support a world‑class aerospace environment.
• Perform hardware refreshes, deployments, and break/fix support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, printer, and networking issues.
• Manage and resolve support tickets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Conduct remote and onsite troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Guide users through technical solutions using clear, step‑by‑step instructions.
• Customize desktop applications and configurations to meet business needs.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.
• Follow up with users to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
• Deliver a high‑touch, white‑glove support experience for end users.
