Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support for enterprise clients. This contract-based, on-demand role involves responding to service requests, troubleshooting Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and ensuring secure, efficient operations at the client site.

The engineer will install, configure, and maintain hardware and enterprise software, assist with network connectivity issues, and document activities for the service delivery team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows desktops in enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and replace components.
• Understanding of LAN networking (switches/routers).
• Diagnose and resolve printer and peripheral issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of independent onsite work.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
