Axiom Technologies is seeking a reliable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support for enterprise clients under an on-demand contract. The role focuses on prompt, hands-on assistance and seamless service delivery at client locations.

Responsibilities include resolving issues with Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals, maintaining hardware and software, and assisting with network connectivity and hardware installations. Immediate start is desired for this contract-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with LAN, switches, routers.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop and printer issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support at client location.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, OS, and enterprise apps.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access.
• Document service activities and update the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures on-site.
