This contract-based, on-demand position requires reliable, technically skilled professionals who can work independently and coordinate with the Service Delivery Team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows desktops and laptops.
• Hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
• Basic LAN networking knowledge.
• Ability to diagnose printer and peripheral issues.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Self-directed in on-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
