Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a reliable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-demand, on-site IT support for enterprise clients. This contract-based role involves hands-on troubleshooting of Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals, plus basic network connectivity and hardware installations at client sites.

You will respond to service requests, document activities, and adhere to client IT policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

Citizens with at least 1 year of desktop support experience.
Ability to work on-site at client locations.
Willingness to respond to service requests on short notice.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
