Qualifications

- Basic networking knowledge (LAN) and security compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and enterprise software applications.
- Support LAN connectivity and basic network issues.
- Assist with device setup and hardware installations.
- Document service activities and report to the service delivery team.
- Follow client IT policies and security procedures.
- Coordinate with the team for scheduling and site access.
