Job summary

A leading technology services provider is looking for a Dynamic PC Support technician in Des Moines, Iowa. This position requires performing troubleshooting tasks for various client products, including desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support, managing service calls, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Candidates should have a technical school certification and ideally some customer service experience. Must own a repair tool kit and possess a valid Driver’s License for travel.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in technical support.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented in policies.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround.
