Qualifications

• Two or more years of technical training or workplace equivalency.
• Background in IT, electrical, and/or mechanical fields.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Applies learning and policies to IT, electrical and mechanical equipment and operations.
• Leads and performs preventive maintenance on critical equipment and records readings.
• Provide remote hands and eyes services for customers.
• Install and configure IT hardware and related equipment per documentation.
• Process work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance and update tickets.
• Operate and monitor system equipment to ensure safe, compliant operation.
• Respond to emergencies and customer requests as needed.
