Job summary

Unisys is seeking an On-Site Service Engineer to support data center server hardware in Pryor, OK. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Dell PowerEdge servers and other enterprise hardware in customer environments, performing installs, replacements, and preventive maintenance.

The role requires hands-on experience with server components, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers. On-site work includes lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional travel.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience supporting enterprise servers and data center hardware.
Direct, hands-on experience with server components and hardware replacement.
Familiarity with rack-mounted enterprise servers in data center or customer environments.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise server hardware.
Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures to minimize downtime.
Perform hardware installation, removal, replacement, and repair.
Troubleshoot firmware, BIOS, and hardware diagnostics issues.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams during service events.
Document service activities and escalation details accurately.
