Job summary

TekWissen is seeking an On-Site Service Engineer to support Dell PowerEdge and enterprise data center servers in Windsor, CO. This is an 8-month temporary assignment with on-site work.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on server hardware experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel to customer sites may be required, and collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise servers
• Hands-on experience repairing or replacing server components
• Experience with memory, CPUs, power supplies, storage, NICs, PCIe components
• Experience with rack-mounted enterprise servers in data centers or field service
• Familiarity with Linux or similar OS

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise server hardware
• Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures to minimize downtime
• Perform hardware installation, removal, replacement and repair
• Document service activities and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex issues and participate in on-call rotations
