Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking a dedicated Scheduler for a large-scale data center project. This on-site role requires embedding with the project team to develop, monitor, and optimize the CPM schedule, ensuring milestones and turnover requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has extensive CPM scheduling experience in fast-track environments, with knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning activities, and strong communication skills to coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of CPM scheduling.
• Strong understanding of data center construction sequencing.
• Experience with MEP coordination and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project's master CPM schedule.
• Work on-site full-time with the project team.
• Develop baseline, milestone, recovery, and what-if schedules.
• Lead scheduling meetings with stakeholders.
• Analyze progress, risks, and schedule impacts.
• Produce executive schedule reports and dashboards.
