Job summary

Pogue Construction in Texas is seeking a Special Projects (Data Center) Scheduler to develop, maintain, analyze, and communicate the project schedule for a large-scale mission critical/data center construction project. This role will be embedded full-time on one data center project site and work with superintendents, project managers, owners, design teams, and trade partners.

The ideal candidate has strong CPM scheduling expertise, understands complex MEP systems and commissioning activities,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field or equivalent.
• Experience developing CPM schedules for large projects.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project's master CPM schedule from start to turnover.
• Work on-site full-time with the project team to monitor progress and risks.
• Develop baseline, milestone, recovery, and what-if schedules.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings with stakeholders and review subcontractor schedules.
• Generate executive schedule reports and support time-extension requests.
