Job summary

Pogue Construction in Kaufman, TX is seeking a Special Projects Scheduler for a large-scale data center project. The role is embedded full-time on-site, partnering with superintendents, PMs, owners, design teams and trades to ensure milestones and turnover deadlines are met.

Ideal candidates have strong CPM scheduling expertise, deep understanding of MEP systems, and experience with fast-track delivery. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, and PlanGrid is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated CPM scheduling for projects >$50M.
• Experience supporting commissioning-intensive projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project's master CPM schedule.
• Work full-time on-site with the project team to monitor progress.
• Develop baseline, milestone, recovery, and what-if schedules.
• Collaborate to establish sequencing strategies for trades.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings with teams, owners, and partners.
• Review subcontractor schedules and integrate into master schedule.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify impacts and risks.
• Generate executive schedule reports and progress updates.
• Support turnover and commissioning schedule requirements.
