Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking a Special Projects Scheduler for a large data center project in the United States. The role is embedded full-time on-site and works closely with superintendents, project managers, owners, design teams, and trade partners to ensure milestones and turnover requirements are achieved.

The ideal candidate has strong CPM scheduling expertise, understands complex MEP and commissioning activities, and can support fast-track construction with aggressive delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with mission-critical, data center, or similar projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• CPM scheduling proficiency and ability to manage $50M+ projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project's master CPM schedule.
• Work on-site full-time with the project team to monitor progress.
• Develop baseline, milestone, recovery, and what-if schedules.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings with owners, design teams, and trade partners.
• Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master plan.
• Produce executive-level schedule reports and dashboards.
• Conduct field walks to verify installation progress and schedule updates.
