Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking a Special Projects Scheduler for a large data center construction project. The role is embedded full-time on-site and leads schedule development, analysis, and reporting with project partners.

Ideal candidate has strong CPM expertise and experience with fast-track delivery, MEP systems, and commissioning activities, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CM/Engineering/Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project's master CPM schedule.
• Work on-site full-time with project team.
• Develop baseline, milestone, recovery, and what-if schedules.
