Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking a Special Projects (Data Center) Scheduler to develop, maintain, and communicate the project schedule on a large-scale data center project. This role is embedded full-time on-site and collaborates with superintendents, project managers, owners, design teams, and trades to meet milestones.

The ideal candidate has strong CPM scheduling expertise, understands MEP systems, and supports fast-track construction with aggressive delivery timelines on critical data center

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CPM scheduling in construction.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated CPM schedules over $50M in construction value.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project's master CPM schedule.
• Work full-time on-site with project team to monitor progress.
• Develop baseline schedules, milestone schedules, recovery schedules, and what-if analyses.
• Collaborate with project leadership to establish sequencing strategies for all trades.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings with project teams, owners, consultants, and trade partners.
• Review subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master project schedule.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule impacts, delays, constraints, and recovery opportunities.
• Track schedule performance metrics and communicate schedule health to leadership.
• Assist teams in developing pull-planning sessions and milestone recovery plans.
• Coordinate with MEP coordinators, VDC teams, commissioning agents, and field staff.
• Produce executive-level schedule reports and dashboards.
