Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking an experienced Scheduler for a large-scale data center project. This full-time role is embedded on-site, collaborating with superintendents, PMs, owners, and trades to ensure milestones and turnover goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have strong CPM expertise, a good grasp of MEP systems, and experience in fast-track schedules. Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of CPM scheduling.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain CPM schedules exceeding $50M.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project's master CPM schedule throughout the project.
• Lead on-site scheduling meetings with teams, owners, and subs.
• Develop baseline, milestone, and recovery schedules; perform what-if analyses.
• Coordinate sequencing across structural, architectural, MEP, startup, testing, and turnover.
• Produce executive-level schedule reports and support time-extension requests.
