Job summary

Pogue Construction is expanding its Mission Critical and Data Center division and seeks a Data Center Scheduler embedded on-site for a large-scale project in Mission, Kansas. The role requires leading CPM schedules, collaborating with superintendents, PMs, owners, and design teams to ensure milestones and turnover objectives are met.

Ideal candidates will have strong CPM expertise, understanding of complex MEP systems, and experience with fast-track construction schedules.

Qualifications

• Advanced CPM scheduling experience.
• Experience with mission-critical/data center projects is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CM/Engineering/Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master CPM schedule for the project.
• Work full-time on-site with project team to monitor progress and risks.
• Develop baseline schedules, milestone and recovery schedules.
• Lead scheduling meetings with all stakeholders.
• Analyze labor loading, procurement, and long-lead equipment.
