Trane Technologies is seeking a Customer Sales Associate to serve customers at Trane Supply stores, resolving parts or equipment issues and delivering high-quality parts and solutions in a timely fashion. You will meet sales goals while maintaining product knowledge and exceptional service.

You will manage quotes and orders with accuracy, assist in warehouse tasks, and interact with customers by phone and in person.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required.
Inside sales, retail, or related experience required.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment preferred.
Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service.

Responsibilities

Provide support to customers and determine best resolution to ensure satisfaction.
Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-ons.
Process customer orders and respond to inquiries or complaints regarding parts and supply offerings.
Maintain knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver premier customer experience and drive sales.
Interact with customers by phone and in person.
Execute quote and order management with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment.
Assist with warehouse/inventory management as needed.
