Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Inside sales or related experience required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify related products or add-ons to grow sales.
• Process orders and respond to inquiries or complaints regarding parts and supply offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver a premier customer experience.
• Interact with customers in person and over the phone to ensure smooth transactions.
• Manage quotes and orders accurately to expedite fulfillment and delivery.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory management as needed.
• Be flexible to work overtime/weekends as required.
