Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking a Customer Sales Associate for our Trane Supply stores. You will be the trusted advisor for customers, helping with parts or equipment needs and delivering high-quality solutions in a timely fashion.

To excel, you should have solid product knowledge, consistently meet sales goals, and possess strong problem-solving skills. You will own the order management process to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction, with occasional overtime

Qualifications

• Inside sales or related experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-ons.
• Process orders and respond to inquiries regarding Parts and Supply offerings.
• Stay current on Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver premier service.
• Interact with customers on the phone and in person.
• Execute quote and order management with accuracy to expedite fulfillment.
• Assist with warehouse and inventory management as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when required.
